Highlights of the New 1.4 Release

- We've added the ability to specify an email address for each job opening allowing applications to be sent to specific people.
- In Engage: Employment 1.4, we've enhanced the search even more giving users the ability to search open positions by category and use quoted phrases in the keyword search.
- Job administrators can now set statuses for an individual applications as well as an applicant. This new feature allows you to track an application's status separately from the applicant if they have applied for multiple positions.
- In Engage: Employment 1.4, we've significantly improved the administrative controls. This improvement allows you to confidently share the administrative responsibilities of your job openings.
