Question from "Engage:Publish Wiki Setup Your Skins" 

Hello,

I was reading Publish Documentation (Setup Your Skins) and
was not clear the part
" You'll need to create a doctype.xml file for each ASCX file you want to be transitional."

What does it mean by saying "be transitional"?

By transitional we mean XHTML 1.0 Transistional. i.e.:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
