Import feature not working

I have created custom attributes and have tried countless times to upload using the CSV product.  Checked the schedule, changed it to run more frequent.  Even tried to upload you sample CSV.  No dice.  Client needs this immediately.  Thoughts?

 

Below is the schedule history which shows it working just fine. but no locations.  I can manually add without a problem

Re: Import feature not working 

Can you send me the file and I'll take a quick look at it. Also, are the locations not listed when you search for them or are they not listed when viewing the Locations?Depending on the LocationType you are using they may not be displayed in the search results, but could be in the Locations.
