When I enter a zip code only one location shows up even though I have 3 locations entered. What could be causing this? I search by all zip codes and only one store shows up. Please help.
Two things could cause this to occur. The first reason would be the Location Types set in the module settings. If you have more than one type, make sure all types of locations you would like to display in the search results are selected. This could also be due to the fact that the location did not get geocoded correctly. If you go to Manage Locations, you can see if all of the Locations have a Latitude & Longitude.
