I checked this morning hoping for a response but then I realized the first message on this topic was almost 2 weeks ago...hopefully there is a higher level of support than this.

While the response was dated two weeks ago it was taken care of via email at that time, a follow up forum post was not made due to this.
As you've purchased from Snowcovered you should have received an email from SC after purchase with instructions for how to get access to the upgrades, instructing you to register on EngageModules.com and then notifying us of your purchase/registration so that we could setup your account. We never recieved that email from you, thus your account hasn't been configured to access the downloads.
